Our U.S. clinical rotations are designed for senior medical students, international medical graduates (IMGs), and recent graduates who want supervised, hands-on experience in the U.S. healthcare system.
Do I receive a Letter of Recommendation (LOR) after my rotation?
Yes. Upon successful completion of your rotation, the site can provide a performance-based Letter of Recommendation (LOR) on professional letterhead, which is a key component of a strong ERAS application.
Yes, we prioritize 100% hands-on clinical training. You will be actively involved in patient care under the direct supervision of licensed, board-certified physicians, allowing you to develop strong diagnostic and clinical skills.

What’s Included
The rotation fee covers clinical placement coordination with board-certified physicians sites, administrative processing, and full access to the clinical site for hands-on training.
What is NOT included?
- Housing and living accommodations
- Daily meals and personal expenses

- Visa application and processing fees
- Exam fees (USMLE/ECFMG)
- Personal health insurance
- Malpractice insurance
Payment Policy
Students can secure their placement with a 50% non-refundable down payment. The full remaining balance must be met prior to the rotation start date to ensure final confirmation.
Notification Process
Once your partial payment is received, Prestige Clinical Rotations LLC. will confirm your reserved rotation with the host site and medical team. You will receive a confirmation that your requested dates have been partially secured, pending full payment and final approval.

Final Confirmation
Your clinical rotation is fully confirmed once all required eligibility and identity documents (including your CV, medical school transcripts, and immunization records) are uploaded and approved by our coordinating team. After this step, the site coordinator will reach out to you for any additional information, and all further communication about your rotation will be handled directly with them.
